Since I was here already I took some time off. The guys at Nextwave, in particular Scott did not seem to like my decision. I basically told them that over the last two weeks I worked an average of 12 hours plus every day and will take two days unpaid. I will even pay for my own food and hotel. That said I left the hotel this morning and took the car for an extended spin. Paul misunderstood me and thought I took off. So he went to London. I drove along the southern coast of England, making good use of my GPS unit that has very detailed maps of even the most remote British areas. Love it!
Not having Paul around made the trip very enjoyable as I was able to hike a mountain and rest in the afternoon sun under a bunch of big trees. The whole environment is somewhat similar to the area in Berlin I grew up in.
