My friend Steve and I went off to a four day sailing trip to the Vancouver islands. His friend Ian whom I never met before has a boat in BC and was willing to take us out. This is an awesome experience and I really appreciate that Steve and Ian have been so accommodating. Now this kind of cruise is more to my liking, I would do it again in a heartbeat. We left the harbor in the mornings and bounced from Marina to Marina, staying overnight in a dock and went to restaurants during dinner. I could really get used to this setup. I am seriously contemplating to buy a boat either for the lake or even on the coast. The prices for boats are a lot cheaper here, so I think I could buy a great boat and sail it to BC up the West Coast of the US. Than the boat could be sold for a profit, now that would be a great vacation! Check out the BC Trip Images in my gallery.
