Here are some
picture taken near the famous Rubicon Trail in California.
The trail may
not be the most difficult trail in the US but it is for sure the most famous one. I
went on the trail every year since I have my Jeep.

99 I went there the 4th of
July for a week and returned the first weekend in August for another 4 days and
again in September for a final run. The
trail elevation ranges between about 6100 feet and 7150 feet at the high point. |

| The
total length is about 10 miles over rocky terrain. It takes about 8 hours at a
healthy pace to travel from start to end.
Due to the elevation, the
trail can not be traveled in winter time. |
